We further conditioned this complex base on real passionfruit, crisp apple, and bright grapefruit to mimic the punchy, tropical aromatics of a premium New World wine. Aged gently in medium-toasted French oak barrels, the bracing acidity is tempered by subtle notes of vanilla and tannin.
