Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on our beers, as the quality cannot be ensured once it has left our facilities. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please contact us at email@example.com if you would like to proceed with a refund. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately or alternatively, you'll be refunded with a gift card of the same value.
