Latest in our "Travelling Berliner" series, we are dressing up classic german sour beer into a classic cocktail. Infused with juniper berries, fresh basil and lime, "Gimlet in Berlin" evokes key elements of its namesake cocktail. Herbaceous and bright, this beer is as refreshing as a freshly mixed Gimlet while retaining the classic lactic acidity and character of a Berliner Weisse.
相傳Gimlet起源於17世纪英國水手之間，呢款咁經典既雞尾酒成份為Gin同青檸汁，酸味與糖漿既配搭恰到好處，可以話係一款非常長青既酒款！
今次少爺將杜松子、羅勒及青檸加入酸小麥啤，有如飲緊雞尾酒般迷人。
