Named after Lü Bu’s famous crimson-hued stallion capable of traveling 1,000 li in a day, Red Hare is a tart Berliner Weisse aged with fresh raspberries, locally roasted coffee beans, and Valrhona cacao nibs. Paired with its unruffled racing partner, the Purple Mare, the red version gives a more fierce first impression and yet ultimately is just as mellifluous.
