We brewed this to celebrate our dear friend Chris's wedding. A rich saison, this beer is brewed with roselle and local Hong Kong honey. It is golden in color with a slight reddish hue from the roselle making it appear copper. Enjoy it while you can. Congratulations Chris and Jacqueline!
