YAT CHEEN 2021

Channeling the self-assured sentiment of a gangster lighting dollar bills on fire, our brewers used a sordid quantity of top-flight hops to produce this pinnacle of IPAs. A beer with serious swagger, Yat Cheen’s unapologetic tenet has always been “more is more”. Its first batch ever brewed involved using €1,000 of hops awarded to us for winning a beer competition all in a single 1,000L batch for a 10% triple IPA. Brewed with the same ethos of excess, this latest batch is sure to electrify even the most desensitized hophead. Bursting at its seams with tropical juiciness, this beer is frighteningly drinkable given its defiant 10% ABV.

壹仟可謂少爺八年來推出過的啤酒中最令人難以忘懷的酒款之一！金黃色的酒體有如燃燒中的千元紙鈔般惹火，釀酒師們不惜工本，加入大量空運到港的啤酒花，實行要展現MORE IS MORE的美妙之處！想當初少爺釀製壹仟的主要原因，其實透過比賽所獲得的1000歐羅獎金。當時決定把獎金全花在購買酒花上，並把酒花全都投入這僅僅1000升酒液之中，造就了這款經典的Triple IPA！壹仟酒精度達10%，聞香及入口帶濃烈熱帶水果風味，酒精感極爲平衡，餘韻柔長卻易飲非常，可謂少爺得意之作！
