The reawakening of the swashbuckling gangsta energy of the inaugural batch where we used our entire €1,000 of top quality hops awarded for winning a beer competition into a single 1,000L batch for a unruly 10% Triple IPA. Obstinately upholding its tenet of “more is more”, Yat Cheen flaunts its unapologetic swagger through its uninhibited hopping, erupting exuberant citrus and tropical notes, and dangerous drinkability.
