CHA CHAAN TENG SOUR
SALTED LIME GOSE
A tart, refreshing sour ale inspired by the local lime soda haam ning tsat (鹹檸七) made with salt-cured limes, commonly found in local Cha Chaan Tengs in Hong Kong. A perfect refreshing respite from the local humid weather.
