Terms and Conditions
By booking, attending, or participating in a brewery tour at our facility, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before your visit.

Legal Drinking Age: All participants must be 18 years of age or older to consume alcoholic beverages, in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

Active Production Environment: A brewery is an active manufacturing facility involving heavy machinery, wet floors, hot liquids, and moving equipment. Guests must exercise caution at all times.

Footwear and Attire: For your safety, closed-toe shoes are strictly required. Guests wearing sandals, flip-flops, or open-toe footwear will be denied entry to the production floor.

Code of Conduct: We promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. Young Master reserves the right to remove any participant from the premises immediately without a refund if their behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or excessively intoxicated.

Accessibility: Due to the industrial nature of the brewery, certain areas may have uneven flooring, stairs, or tight spaces.

Assumption of Risk: Participation in the brewery tour involves inherent risks associated with visiting an industrial manufacturing plant and consuming alcoholic beverages. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks related to injury, illness, or property damage.

Release of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Young Master, its employees, officers, and agents shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential injury, loss, or damage sustained by participants during the tour, unless caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Young Master.

Personal Belongings: Guests are solely responsible for their personal property and belongings brought onto the premises. Young Master accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
