Days of Being Wild is a series inspired by the tradition of lambic style brewing in Belgium. This is the first mixed fermentation program of its kind in Asia. With a mixed-culture fermentation featuring a medley of wild yeast and bacteria strains in a single foeder, these beers have haunting complexity, natural farmhouse funk and refreshing fruitiness.

A further release under our acclaimed mixed fermentation program, our single-foeder wile ale has been extensively matured in bourbon barrels then undergone secondary fermentation via generous additions of mango and apricot purée. This mixed culture sour ale oozes luscious notes of mango and apricot, harmoniously interwoven with its playful tartness and rustic funk, elegantly backdropped by the vanillic and vinous nuances from the patient barrel aging.
