Our fourth Hop Around the World release transports us to the hop farms of Bavaria, spotlighting the newer German varieties of Hallertau Blanc, Mandarina Bavaria and Hüll Melon. All bred at Hüll Hop Research Center and introduced in 2012, Hallertau Blanc imparts notes of tropical fruits with elegant white grapes, Mandarina Bavaria delivers zesty tangerine flavors, while Hüll Melon showcases graceful melon and berry elements.
跟着少爺環遊世界之德國篇！今次《花天酒地》將大家帶到巴伐利亞的啤酒花農場，特別採用德國的新品種酒花 Hallertau Blanc、Mandarina Bavaria 及 Hüll Melon。 2012年於 Hüll Hop 研究中心培育並推出市面的 Hallertau Blanc，帶有熱帶水果與白提子的香氣，配合 Mandarina Bavaria 的濃郁柑橘風味，而 Hüll Melon 則為此酒款注入優雅的蜜瓜和漿果元素，層次複雜，是一款為初夏度身定做的IPA！
