GaLactic is an out of this world sour ale brewed exclusively with Galaxy hops. We start with souring wort in our kettle with an 8 strain blend of lacto bacteria. We then hop it with Galaxy and only as a hop burst with a massive load of hops all added in the last 15 minutes. Result is a seriously juicy sour ale with a clean lactic sourness paired with strong tropical fruit flavor and aroma.
GaLactic 是款採用單一啤酒花釀製而成的酸啤。釀造過程中除了加入乳酸菌外，我們在釀製過程的最後15分鐘加入大量Galaxy啤酒花，讓這酒款充滿迷人熱帶果香，搭配上乾淨清新的乳酸味道，沒錯這就是初夏必試酒款！
