Wula Stout, a beer inspired by the signature Tamjai SamGor’s Wula soup base. With the addition of charred pepper, chilies in the roasty, chocolaty stout, the maltiness of the dark beer accompanies and balances the bold and smokiness of the spices, playfully integrating umami in the beer.
