YUEN

Celebrating new beginnings to herald the year of the Rabbit, we are launching two classic brews – Yuen and Yeung. First of two is a text book mid-strength IPA with archetypal notes of pine, citrus peel and stone fruit with a satisfying bitter finish. Second in the series is a quintessential Stout with just the right balance between roast and chocolate, between viscosity and drinkability. You might think of these two mandarin ducks playing in water an unlikely pair, but we even like to brazenly blend them together and enjoy that taste of perfect harmony that’s as unexpected as it is sublime.

農曆年又到啦！今年我哋決定出兩隻好經典嘅啤酒賀賀佢。第一隻《鴛》係一隻非常經典嘅IPA，有乾爽嘅酒體，加上IPA招牌柑橘、松葉及核果味，以及恰到好處嘅甘苦度。第二隻《鴦》，係一隻香滑嘅司陶特黑啤，既有烘焙味亦有朱古力嘅香氣，係濃郁與易入口之間有完美嘅平衡。一鴛一鴦，雖然可以各自各精彩，但大家最想睇嘅一定係鴛鴦戲水，不妨試下幫佢哋兩隻互溝，相映成趣!
