Days of Being Wild，為全亞洲第一家精釀啤酒廠推出的混合發酵系列。Days of Being Wild 靈感源自於比利時傳統的Lambic自然發酵酸啤，以野生酵母菌及不同菌種自然發酵，於4000L的橡木桶Foeder陳釀，蘊藏野生風味及新鮮果香，充滿層次；少爺更會定期推出不同版本的Days of Being Wild，再陳放於不同酒桶例如紅白酒桶及威士忌桶內進行二次發酵，分外滋味！
