Beyond Possible #001 is first in a series of alcohol-free beers and adult sodas by Young Master. The inaugural release, BP #001, is a dry-hopped hazy pale ale, designed for an endless all-day session. As brewers, we find the challenge of delivering full flavor without alcohol to be especially fascinating. This batch is fermented using the LA-01 strain from Fermentis and our recipe was designed to keep all technical specifications within a tight range so that all sensory attributes are on point.
