Standing in a humble cellar caressed by a salty sea breeze, gazing out at the distant islands and bustling vessels off Ap Lei Chau, Rohit and Paul spoke of dreams, of ambition, of what beer could be. Worlds apart, one in Hong Kong, the other in Manchester, yet drawn together by the unyielding pursuit of innovation and meaning. More than a decade later, that shared beginning comes full circle in our latest collaboration with our dearest friends Cloudwater.
Origin, an luscious Kveik Hazy IPA bursting with radiant notes of ripe mango and citrus zest, is a tribute of the interwoven odyssey of our breweries and a celebration of the roads we have traveled, side by side.
