PAPER PLANE

Paper Planes epitomize child-like imagination and the magic of travel. Just as you would craft a cool paper plane by designing, prototyping, and iterating, our latest release by the same name is a collaboration with our friends from Finback NYC. Our friends from Finback may not be able to get on a plane to come physically brew with us, but it won't stop us from collaborating on cool new ideas.

Our fourth hazy collaboration with Finback, Paper Plane uses a unique technique called dip hopping to accentuate fruit-forward aromatics from select American hop varietals while minimizing the extraction of allium-forward notes. We steeped Michigan-grown Chinook in hot water before transferring cool wort for fermentation, transforming their aroma characteristics. Further charging with a massive load of hand-selected Cascade from Yakima Valley, the beer is bursting with dried mango and zesty grapefruit. With a mash heavy on wheat and oats, we used Opshaug Kveik for rustic fermentation.

少爺與Finback的最新合釀採用了特別的釀造技術DIP HOPPING，釀造過程中特別用熱水浸泡來自美國密西根的Chinook啤酒花，以減低酒花的辛臭，同時讓飽滿的果香得以加強；另外亦配搭大量來精選Cascade啤酒花，讓啤酒添上芒果乾及西柚等澎湃熱帶水果風味。小麥及燕麥帶來有如果汁般的酒體，與Opshaug Kveik的獨特芳香，與充滿層次的果香無比融合。
